The researcher directly heads the Accounting and Credit Risk Management Departments. Other Units are managed by different staffs who report to the Managers

This is aimed at dissecting the functionality of the various departments that make up the organisation, analyse their challenges and expectations as it concerns their relationship with other departments, in a bid to figure out how to make the various departments function as a single coherent unit.
